REFUND POLICY

Welcome to Truth or Dare! Bussin’ nights, zero wiggle room on the rules.
By booking a table or placing an order, you agree to the following:

Deposits & Reservations

Some tables, special seating, or peak-night slots require a deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable, unless we cancel for operational reasons.

Cancel or shrink your guest list? The deposit stays with us — no credits, no cheats.

 

Minimum Spend Challenges

Certain areas and times come with a minimum spend commitment.

Minimums are set at booking and cannot be refunded if unmet.

No partial refunds — play your hand wisely.

 

Food & Drinks Orders

Once your order is placed and prep begins, it’s locked in.

Refunds only apply if we mess up your order or it doesn’t meet quality standards.

Otherwise, enjoy it — the dare is real, the drink is yours.

 

Weather Rules

Rooftop life is unpredictable — rain, haze, lightning…

We may relocate, pause service, or temporarily close areas for safety.

 

No-Shows & Late Players

We hold your reservation for 15 minutes past your scheduled time.

Late arrivals or no-shows may lose their table.

No refunds or deposit transfers without prior notice — time waits for no one.

 

Private Events & Group Bookings

Group events follow the terms in your signed event agreement.

Deposits and cancellation policies are as stated — usually non-refundable.

Play by the contract, not just by chance.

 

Service Interruptions

Technical glitches, safety concerns, or unexpected closures may happen.

Refunds or credits are rare and assessed case-by-case at management’s discretion.

 

Management Rights

We may amend or interpret this policy as needed.

All decisions on refunds are final and aim to be fair for both guests and the venue.
